My kids REALLY wanted some waffles for breakfast. I didn’t have waffle mix. I DID however have a package of refrigerated pumpkin cinnamon rolls by Pillsbury.
I pulled out my trusty waffle maker and sprayed it really well (top and bottom… really well) with some cooking spray.
I closed the lid down and pressed really well for about 20 seconds since these like to rise as they bake. Then I let it go for about 4 minutes (you’ll need to keep checking the first one to see how long it takes to brown up… every waffle maker will vary some but I had my setting between 3-4 of 5- so towards medium/high?
I just topped them with the icing that comes in the cinnamon roll mix but you could EASILY top with whipped topping or any other yummy goodness. These tasted awesome, took very little time, and fulfilled the kids wishes of waffles for breakfast!
