In Michigan- March means Maple Sugar!  We had a few really nice days last week and the trees near me have already been tapped.

We took a maple sugar tour years ago that showed the process of cooking down the sap to create the most delicious syrup ever!  We haven’t gone with the kids yet and I looked to see when the local festival is taking place…  Here’s a list of festivals around the country (that I could find quickly… feel free to post a maple sugar festival near you in the comments)
